A beautiful day…

"A beautiful day begins with a beautiful mindset."

It sure does! 🌸

If you feel stressed, rushed, anxious or frustrated in the morning (which snowballs into the day), there are things you can do to ease those feelings!

A few TIPS for easier mornings into days...

THE DAY BEFORE:
■ Get enough sleep!
□ Prep for your next day -- make lunch, pick out outfit, make to-do list...
■ If you have children, do as much as you can the evening before because mornings are typically stressful for parents!

IN THE MORNING:
□ Try to avoid getting sucked into your phone right away.
■ Sit quietly for at least 10 minutes to envision a beautiful day.
□ Have a nourishing, low-sugar breakfast.
■ Incorporate some movement into your routine. Whether stretches, a walk, cardio or dance, movement of any kind gets you INTO your body and out of your head.
□ Think positively. This may seem silly to some, but thinking in a light, positive way will have a true impact on your outlook on life and all of the things!
■ Make note of the little things. "That's a beautiful sunrise!" or "What a great job cleaning up!" or "I love this song!"
