Do you have a business idea that's been on the back burner? Has it been sitting in the back of your mind waiting to come to life?

Let that baby out! Introduce it to the world. (Well, maybe just run the idea past a few people that you trust and get some honest feedback. You don't want just ANYONE knowing your ideas!)

Does it sound like a business idea?

Does it seem like it could take off?

Is the market saturated?

Would it be filling a need?

Would you need capital to execute or do you already have access to the materials/equipment?

Have you made any sketches or a "map" of how the business model will look?

These are just a few things to think about when brainstorming a potential new business and bringing it to life.

When you're in this stage, it's incredibly exciting! One piece of advice is to DO YOUR RESEARCH on the market (including target customers), supply, location, costs to launch, etc. Write everything down and ask questions! There are tons of online resources for small businesses and start-ups.
