These words have been instilled in me since my younger years and they ABSOLUTELY apply to me nowadays!

This is where small businesses can truly SHINE, as the delivery of extra service perks can sometimes get a little lost with larger corporations.

How you, a small business/artist/service provide, can deliver more than expected:
■ Have BEYOND EXCELLENT customer service!
□ Say thank you in your own unique, on-brand way.
■ When you can, offer an additional service or add-on at no additional cost.

The ideas for delivering more than expected are ENDLESS and certainly varies depending on your industry!
