ECOSYSTEM SHARE: Laura Anglin

This week's share from my Small Business ECOSYSTEM directory is Laura Anglin, an incredibly talented painter and mixed media / collage artist!

Laura is a Boulder, CO native whose work is vibrant, thoughtful and has many layers -- both literally / figuratively. Using symbolic numbers, animals, skulls and other natural elements, her pieces nod to various themes including life, death, race, gender and class. Heavy topics, but beautiful, conversation-worthy creations.

When you experience Laura's work, you go through stages and that, in my eyes / heart, is the sign of a strong artist. Beauty, feelings and contemplation all go hand-in-hand. Art should be felt and it absolutely should stir something inside of you!
