Quality over Quantity

Don't turn your back on quality...because ALL aspects of your small business matter.

A few tips to help with QUALITY CONTROL:
- Pay attention to the details. I feel like this is on sooo many of my tip lists, but really, most things come down to the details.
- Find a project management tool (such as Honeybook) for keeping your clients/projects/deadlines organized. Life. Saver.
- Double-check your work before giving or sending to customers to make sure there are no imperfections.
- Make sure all orders include everything that was ordered.
- Write out lists! (I am the Queen of lists.)
