Small business owners –
How do you manage your time for business and time for self care?
I find that it can be tricky getting into a daily routine (especially if you WFH), but once you find the flow...WABAM! It's incredible!
Or am I just being nerdy about it?
I'm one of those people that has to have a schedule to adhere to, otherwise I find myself (literally) trying to do 7 things at once!
Here are 5 self-care tips that you can incorporate into your work days:
- Stretching and exercise.
- Plenty of hydration.
- Nutritious snacks and meals.
- A list/guide to get you through the day/week.
- Little distractions.
